1/ Booking

1.1 By making a reservation on our website, you accept these general terms and conditions of sale.

1.2 To book a stay, please provide accurate and complete information, such as your personal details, desired dates of stay, number of occupants, etc.

2/ Arrival policy

Accommodation is available from 3pm.

3/Departure policy

Accommodation must be vacated by 11:00 am at the latest, except in the case of late departures (additional charges may apply).

4/ Rates and payment

4.1 Payment for the stay is made according to the terms and conditions indicated at the time of booking, such as the total amount, any service charges and any applicable cancellation conditions. Cancellation and modification conditions vary according to the type of booking and rates selected.

4.2 Rates

All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card valid on the date of arrival.

* A deposit of 30% of the total amount will be taken at the time of booking.

* The balance, 70% of the total amount, will be taken 14 days before your arrival.

* A deposit of €400 will be held on your credit card on the day of arrival.

⇒ Changes

For any modification concerning the number of people, or the dates of stay, contact us directly, we will try to satisfy you according to our availabilities.

⇒ Cancellation

No cancellation fees apply before 6pm (local time), up to 14 days before arrival. After this date, the full amount of the reservation will be due.

Cancellations made before this date will result in a refund of the payment made at the time of booking.

4.3 Additional charges, such as local taxes, service charges or security deposits, may apply. These will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.

5/ Passenger responsibilities

5.1 Travelers are required to abide by the rules and policies of the establishment during their stay. In particular:

- Accommodation is non-smoking,

- No parties

- No noise, music or TV after 7 p.m

- Only calm, well-behaved pets are allowed. AND this is limited to one pet per accommodation.

5.2 Travelers are responsible for the cleanliness and condition of the accommodation during their stay. Any damage caused to the property will be charged to the traveler.

5.3 Travelers are responsible for the security of their personal belongings. The establishment declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft or damage.

6/ Responsibilities of the establishment

6.1 We are committed to providing quality service and making your stay enjoyable. However, we cannot be held responsible for disruptions or incidents beyond our control.

6.2 In the event of a problem or complaint during your stay, please inform us immediately so that we can take the appropriate measures to remedy the situation.
